Freddy leads Pinnacle’s busi­ness strat­egy and ser­vice deliv­ery oper­a­tions through­out the United States and Canada.  Dur­ing his 11 years of ser­vice at Pin­na­cle, he has been a key con­trib­u­tor in the devel­op­ment of many of Pinnacle’s largest client rela­tion­ships.  Freddy is respon­si­ble for many key areas of Pinnacle’s oper­a­tion includ­ing man­aged ser­vice pro­grams (MSP), pay rolling ser­vices and state/federal sales.  He reports to the Office of the Pres­i­dent and is a mem­ber of the company’s Exec­u­tive Com­mit­tee.
Dur­ing Freddy’s tenure at Pin­na­cle, the com­pany has been ranked among the fastest grow­ing firms in Amer­ica 6 con­sec­u­tive years.  Under his lead­er­ship, Pin­na­cle has grown more than twenty-five times since 2002, and now includes approx­i­mately 4000 con­sul­tants across 50 states within 500 unique work loca­tions in Amer­ica and Canada.  Recently Pin­na­cle ranked 29th of the top 100 staffing firms in the Amer­ica and the largest diverse owned IT staffing com­pany in America.

Freddy grad­u­ated from South­ern Methodist Uni­ver­sity Tech­nolo­gies Pro­gram with a cer­tifi­cate in com­puter engi­neer­ing and applied sci­ences.  Dur­ing his years at Pin­na­cle,  He has par­tic­i­pated in a num­ber of man­age­ment and devel­op­men­tal pro­grams such as, the Tuck School of Busi­ness, Advanced Exec­u­tive pro­gram at Dart­mouth Uni­ver­sity, the Kel­logg School of Man­age­ment, Advanced Man­age­ment Edu­ca­tion at North­west­ern Uni­ver­sity and the Har­vard Busi­ness School, Inner City Eco­nomic Devel­op­ment Pro­gram.  Freddy was recently appointed to the Board of  Direc­tors for the Dal­las Busi­ness & Vis­i­tors Bureau.

Freddy resides in Dal­las with daugh­ters Sofia and MaKenzie.
