Vice President
Freddy leads Pinnacle’s business strategy and service delivery operations throughout the United States and Canada. During his 11 years of service at Pinnacle, he has been a key contributor in the development of many of Pinnacle’s largest client relationships. Freddy is responsible for many key areas of Pinnacle’s operation including managed service programs (MSP), pay rolling services and state/federal sales. He reports to the Office of the President and is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
During Freddy’s tenure at Pinnacle, the company has been ranked among the fastest growing firms in America 6 consecutive years. Under his leadership, Pinnacle has grown more than twenty-five times since 2002, and now includes approximately 4000 consultants across 50 states within 500 unique work locations in America and Canada. Recently Pinnacle ranked 29th of the top 100 staffing firms in the America and the largest diverse owned IT staffing company in America.
Freddy graduated from Southern Methodist University Technologies Program with a certificate in computer engineering and applied sciences. During his years at Pinnacle, He has participated in a number of management and developmental programs such as, the Tuck School of Business, Advanced Executive program at Dartmouth University, the Kellogg School of Management, Advanced Management Education at Northwestern University and the Harvard Business School, Inner City Economic Development Program. Freddy was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Dallas Business & Visitors Bureau.
Freddy resides in Dallas with daughters Sofia and MaKenzie.
